Sarah Robbins

Hello, I am the office manager here at Columbus Podiatry & Surgery. However, when I began here in June 2007, I worked as a medical assistant. I enjoy the clinical aspects our practice very much, so you might see me helping in the back. I am currently finishing up my associate’s degree at Columbus State. I plan to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management at Franklin University soon. I currently reside in Gahanna with my 5 year-old son. Outside of managing our practice, my largest interest is music. I play guitar and enjoy writing as well. I guess, you could call me a country music nut! If you have any questions or concerns regarding our practice, please feel free to call and speak with me at any time. Take care of those feet, and I look forward to meeting you soon!

Jessica Rhoads

Jessica Rhoads has been with our practice since 2006. She is the office manager at our Worthington location. Her diversity in the variety of skills she obtains is a great benefit to our patients and practice. She began as a medical assistant with an x-ray license and during her journey here she became certified in diagnostic ultrasound and arterial dopplers. Jessica is able to assist the doctors with patient treatment and engage at the administrative level. Her everyday goals are taking on any task no matter how great the challenge and accommodating our patients so they leave our office with an impressionable experience.

Marsha A. Fechter

She combines manual therapy and exercise based programs to allow patients to reach their goals and their full potential.
She is a busy wife and mother of two high school age children. One who plays competitive volleyball. She travels all over the country in her spare time for volleyball tournaments.
